- Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.
- Check in – I will ask about the type of massage you want, preferred pressure, injuries and areas you need worked on.
- Tell me about your sensory preferences: aromatherapy diffuser on or off; soothing sound preference, etc.
- I will leave the room. You will get undressed and get under the sheet and relax.
- I recommend full nudity for the best experience, but I am happy to work around clothing, as your comfort is of the utmost importance.
- Remove jewelry, including rings and necklaces and watches.
- I will knock and enter the room.
- If at any time you are uncomfortable, please let me know. I may check in with you during your massage.
- Drink plenty of water to hydrate and help flush toxins that are released during your massage.
- You may feel some soreness.
